Your hard-earned $30 is gonna buy you a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen, 2 megapixel cam, media player with FM radio, microSD expansion, stereo Bluetooth, and a triband EDGE that’ll be good enough to let you take the phone most of the way around the world — as long as you’re not expecting high-speed data anywhere.
